Refund Policy - For orders up to $100, please allow for up to 30 days to received a full refund. For orders over $100, please allow for up to 60 days for a full refund. Full refunds are only granted on dolls that have been returned to me in brand new condition. If the doll has been played with or damage, a full refund is not possible.
Exchange Policy- Exchanges can be made on dolls that have been returned to me that are in brand new condition. If the doll has been played with or damaged by the customer, an exchange is not possible.
Repairs - For items that need repair due to a reasonable explanation, the doll can be returned to me for repairs.
